Property Appraisal

Against popular belief, the value of your home is not a product of what the city evaluates it at! The value is found by comparing similar properties that have recently sold in the area. Trust the expertise of a professional with exclusive access to a specialized database to give you the right information on the value of your home. Request a property appraisal today and be properly prepared for the sale of your property.

Market Research

Through an assessment of your property and analytical data, see which marketing approach is best suited to productively sell your home. The type of property, the area it is located and it's state are important factors that must be considered when selling or buying property. Understanding the trends of the general market as well as the micro-markets associated to various regions of Quebec is key to getting ahead in real estate investments.

Legal Paperwork

All documents used in a transaction with a broker are regulated by the Organisme d'Autoréglementation de Courtiers Immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). This means that all transaction information requirements are standardized and thus protect you in writing should questions occur down the road. Furthermore, some documents, like the Seller's Declaration, are only recognized when they are overeseen by a real estate broker. Familiarize yourself with the various forms at oaciq.com.

Strategic Negotiation

Helping you conclude a transaction with your best interests at heart. We don't always know the ins and outs of a property transaction and things can get messy and confusing. A realtor can help you navigate the process in a way that makes you feel confident that the right measures are taken. In a private sale, the different parties have difficulty trusting each other and the outcome is often based on emotions rather than negotiation experience.

Very professional! Hands-on and dedicated to the process. Readily available, accommodating, and reliable never losing sight of the goal. She handled everything as I was absent for the whole process. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to work with her in the future.

Our Communities

Serving your community in Montreal, South Shore, Laval and the West island.

Montreal

Known for its bilingualism and multiculturalism, Montreal is a much loved city worldwide. When I mention I am from here, people always respond with "Oh! I love Montreal!". Montreal is the second largest city in Canada and growing steadily. The Montreal housing market shows a healthy rise in prices yet can still boast a wider range of affordability in regard to its Canadian city counterparts.

South Shore

Montreal's South Shore which includes various cities such as Longueuil, St-Hubert, St-Lambert, Chambly and Carignan is the region with the highest population after Montreal. And this for good reason. The South Shore's rural and suburban feel attract young families wanting to take advantage of the outdoor spaces characteristic to the region's housing stock. Having grown up in the area I can attest to the pros of living in nature with the quick access to the busy city.

Laval

Situated across the Mille-Iles river on the north shore of Montreal, Laval is an important residential and commercial region in Quebec. This 3rd largest city in Quebec is mostly suburban with a diverse population. Laval is large and has many different housing and neighbourhood options for those looking to move here.

West Island

Including places such as Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and Pierrefonds, among others, this area is the western portion of the Island of Montreal. The West-Island, which is currently seeing a high demand for it's housing stock, is definitely family-oriented living. Many commercial hubs exist at the convenience of residents.
